Uttar Pradesh (UP) Additional Chief Secretary Information Navneet Sehgal said the aggressive testing, track and treatment strategy in the state under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath (CM Yogi Adityanath) is yielding good results. Since April 30, 2021, the total active sector in the state has declined by more than 01 lakh 80 thousand. Along with this, the number of new cases is also decreasing. He said that compared to other states, Uttar Pradesh has been witnessing a steady decline in Kabid-19 (Kovid-19) infection, which has emerged as a model for all the states. In the state, more than 2 lakh 99 thousand tests of Covid-19 have been done in the last one day. The state is vaccinating people between the ages of 18 and 44 over the age of 45. Navneet Sehgal said that with civilians, people in the villages are being contacted, people with symptoms of covid are being identified and their covid tests and medical kits are being provided. Monitoring committees are contacting people living in the village and getting information about the symptoms of Kovid. People with symptoms in Korea are being tested for antigen covid by the RRT team. He informed that the infected people are being treated separately in the village panchayat building / school / government building in the village to keep them isolated at home. Kovid-19 patients are being monitored continuously through the CM helpline.

Sehgal said the number of oxygenated beds for Kovid patients in the state is increasing every day. He said about 900 meters in the state yesterday. Tons of oxygen were supplied. About 3500 people living in homeless people were provided with oxygen. He said that the state government was using the services of MBBS final year students and final year nursing students to increase the manpower in terms of COVID-19, of which about 2400 new employees were being taken out of their services within 15 days. Shehgal said the review meeting of Chief Minister Yogi’s Team 9 on black fungal diseases had directed that adequate medicines should be provided for the treatment of black fungus. He said that the Chief Minister has directed to prepare pediatric ICUs in all the district hospitals to make special arrangements for the health protection of children in the possible third wave of Kovid 19. He said that 100-100 beds would be reserved in the state medical colleges and 20-20 beds in the district hospitals. At the direction of the Chief Minister, food is being provided to more than 1 lakh people through more than 40 community kitchens in Rehdi, Track, Gari, Sramik, Paladar etc.

The Chief Minister has decided to give a maintenance allowance of Rs. One month of conventional workers like barber, washerman, cobbler, confectioner etc., it will provide relief to about 01 crore poor. He said that under the Antyodaya Anna Yojana under the Prime Minister’s Welfare Anna Yojana, 15 crore people eligible under the Antyodaya Anna Yojana will be given free dry rations for three months from May 20, 2021. He said that under the direction of the Chief Minister, the Department of Women Welfare and Child Development is identifying the needy children for some reason, out of which identified 0 children whose parents have died. The Chief Minister directed to submit an action plan for the adoption and upbringing of needy children.

Shehgal said the statewide partial corona curfew has had positive results. In partial coronary curfew, essential services like vaccination, industrial activities, medical work etc. remain unchanged. During the partial corona curfew, special cleaning and fogging activities are being conducted in towns and villages across the state. He said industrial units in the state are moving fast. Workers are being given jobs by more industrial units registered in the state. Covid help desks have been set up in these industrial units. In addition, the Covid Care Center has been established in an industrial organization with more than 50 employees. So that the staff working there can get timely treatment.

Sehgal said that the state government was committed to the interests of the farmers and the process of procuring their crops from the farmers at minimum support price was being expedited following the Kovid protocol. The promotion of wheat and wheat collection will run from April 1 to June 20, 2121. So far 29,99,403.14 metric tons of wheat has been procured from 5 million farmers in the wheat procurement drive. He said proper fertilizers, seeds and medicines are being provided for the kharif crop. He urged people to avoid wearing masks, washing their hands with sanitizer and soap and going to public places.

Additional Chief Secretary Medical and Health Amit Mohan Prasad said that as per the directions of the Chief Minister, the examination capacity in the state is being continuously increased by conducting a large number of examinations. A total of 2,99,327 samples were examined in the last one day. He said the recovery rate from Covin-19 in the state has been 9149. A total of 4,55,31,018 samples have been investigated in the state so far. He said that in the last 24 hours, there have been new cases of coronary heart disease. T happened. So far 15,02,918 have recovered from Covid-19. Out of a total of 1.23.5799 active cases of corona in the state, 8,764 persons have been separated from their relatives, while other patients are undergoing treatment in government and private hospitals.

Prasad said that the activities of the servicemen are going on continuously. So far, the surveillance team has surveyed 16,92,36,847 populations of 3,51,56,542 households in 2,786,740 areas. He said people aged 18 to 44 as well as people over the age of 45 were being vaccinated. So far, 1,21,67,184 people have been given the first dose of the vaccine and 32,94,726 people have been given the second dose of the vaccine out of the first dose. Thus, a total dose of 1,54,61,910 has been created. So far, 6,38,746 people between the ages of 18 and 44 have been vaccinated in 23 districts, he said.

Prasad said Kovid symptoms are being reported by house-to-house monitoring committees in the village. As part of this campaign, the monitoring committee reached out to the village and took information from the people about the Kovid symptoms. He said 687 per cent of the villages are still infected. In order to prevent the spread of infection in these villages, the village supervision committees have been instructed to be more vigilant and vigilant.
