Hero Xpulse 400:The upcoming bike from Hero MotoCorp, the XPulse 400, has begun its benchmark testing. It’s been spotted on the roads for testing, resembling a prototype in Jaipur. It’s worth mentioning that Hero MotoCorp is the sole company selling the most bikes in India. Being the segment leader, Hero is gearing up to launch this XPulse 400 very soon in India.
From the leaked video, it’s evident that the Hero XPulse 400 was seen racing on the road alongside the KTM 390 Adventure. The XPulse 400 was fully covered in the video. In the video, the previous part specifically showed a larger tire and wheelbase. It had added a lot more weight.
Hero XPulse 400 Design
According to sources, the XPulse 400 is being crafted around a lattice frame. Preparation is underway to give it an attractive look with an overall design and some styling elements. It’s expected to come with styling elements like a muscular fuel tank, split-style saddle, side-slung exhaust, and an attractive headlamp.
However, the Express Prototyping was seen with a single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. The possibility of a 350CC and 400CC engine body has been hinted at. This motor can generate approximately 35MM peak torque and 40bhp power. And it’s expected to be paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
Hero XPulse 400 Suspension and Brakes
The tasks of XPulse 400’s suspension can be performed with upside-down forks at the front and a monoshock with rear preload adjustment. A 21-inch wheel can be seen in the bike’s front. As for braking duties, it’s likely to have a drum brake at the rear and a single-disc brake at the front to perform its braking tasks, supporting a single channel.
