Honda Car Launchase in India 2024 : Exciting news is waiting Indian car enthusiasts in 2024, as Honda sets up to introduce two fresh entries to its lineup: the next-generation Amaze and a compact SUV. Following the successful launch of the Honda Elevate mid-size SUV, Honda is riding high on positive customer feedback and wants to keep up its momentum with these upcoming releases.

1. New-Gen Honda Amaze

The current Honda Amaze, which appeared in 2018 and will get a mid-life facelift in 2021, is poised for a transformation.As a part of the Honda Car Launches in India 2024- The third-generation Amaze will be entering the international market in 2024 and will be built on a fully updated PF2 platform. Despite retaining the reliable 1.2-litre i-VTEC engine with 90 bhp and 110 Nm of torque, Honda will not offer a diesel engine in India.

The new-generation Amaze, which measures just under four metres, follows Honda’s latest design language, similar to models such as the current City and the international-spec Unity. The interior will feature a new layout and a broader feature list, including Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).

2. Honda’s New Compact SUV

In maintaining with its promise of launching five new SUVs in India by 2030, Honda will introduce a compact SUV in 2024, following the success of the recently launched Elevate. Honda intends to launch a sub-4-meter compact SUV in response to increasing SUV demand.

According to reports, the WR-V will return in a completely new form, after being withdrawn in April due to BS6.2 emission norms. The Indonesian-spec model is expected to be around 4 metres long and will most likely grace Indian roads. The design will be in line with the Elevate, and the compact SUV may include ADAS technology. The vehicle will most likely feature Honda’s 1.2-liter i-VTEC engine, which delivers 90 horsepower and 110 Nm of torque., Available with both manual and automatic gearbox options.
