Kia Seltos Diesel:Kia is returning the 6-speed manual gearbox for the 1.5-liter diesel engine in the 2023 Seltos. You now have three options for the Seltos’ diesel engine, including a 6-speed automatic transmission. Prices for the Seltos diesel with manual gearbox range from Rs 12 lakh to Rs 18.28 lakh (without showroom charges). The pricing for manual and clutchless manual gearbox (iMT) types are same.
Features of Kia Seltos
The refreshed Kia Seltos Diesel features a new digital driver’s display connected to a 10.25-inch infotainment system. It keeps desirable features such as a Bose sound system, automatic temperature control, an air purifier, lighting in the cabin, cruise control, and ventilated front seats. New features include a panoramic sunroof and dual-zone temperature control. Multiple airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control (ESC), front and rear parking sensors, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) such as front, rear, and blind-spot collision avoidance help are all standard safety equipment.
Kia Seltos Engine
The redesigned Kia Seltos Diesel is powered by a 1.5-liter petrol engine with 116PS/144Nm and a diesel engine with 115PS/250Nm. For the petrol engine, you may pick between a 6-speed manual and CVT, while the diesel engine has a 6-speed AT torque converter and iMT. A new 160PS/230Nm 1.5-liter turbo-petrol engine is also available, with either a 6-speed iMT or a 7-speed DCT gearbox. The stated fuel efficiency for the manual is 17kmpl and 17.7kmpl for the CVT with the petrol engine. The turbo-petrol engine promises 17.7 kmpl with iMT and 17.9 kmpl with DCT. Kia promises 20.7 mpg for the diesel engine with iMT and 19.1 mpg for the automatic gearbox.

The Kia Seltos Diesel comes in three variants: Tech Line, GT Line, and X-Line. Choose from eight single-color options: Pewter Olive (new), Clear White, Sparkling Silver, Gravity Grey, Aurora Black Pearl, Glacier White Pearl, Intense Red, and Imperial Blue. There are also two dual-tone colour options: Intense Red and Glacier White, both with an Aurora Black Pearl roof.
