Hero Mavrick 440

The Hero Mavrick 440 is a bike that kicks off at Rs 2 Lakh. You can grab it in India in just one version, and the fancier version starts from the same Rs 2 Lakh mark. Powering this beast is a bs6-2.0 engine, and it’s got both front and rear brakes.

Hero gave us a little sneak peek of the Hero Mavrick 440 before it hits the streets. Check out the pics – it looks pretty sweet! They’ve been testing it in India, and the launch is set for January 23. Hero spilled the beans on the name too – it’s officially the Mavrick 440. Get all the deets in our story.

Under the hood (or should I say, under the metal?), it’s rocking a 440cc engine that’s familiar from the Harley-Davidson X440. It pumps out 27.37PS and 38Nm. When you eyeball it, you’ll notice a cool round headlight with LED blinkers and some sporty tank extensions. Plus, there’s a spacious single-seat and a grab rail all in one piece.

At the back, it’s got a slimmer fender and a longer license plate holder compared to the Harley X440. The Mavrick’s got a telescopic fork up front, twin shocks in the back, and these sharp machined alloy wheels.

Now, the display – it looks a bit different from the X440’s fancy TFT one. But hey, the X440 is supposed to be the more deluxe option anyway. So, the Hero Mavrick 440 might rock a simpler color LCD display.

Circle January 23, 2024, on your calendar because that’s when it’s hitting the streets. Price-wise, you’re looking at around Rs 2 Lakh (without all those extra taxes). And it’s stepping into the ring against some heavyweights – the Royal Enfield Classic 350 and the Honda H’ness CB 350. Let the battle of the bikes begin!
