The OnePlus 12 boasts a 6.82-inch QHD+ (3168 x 1440 pixels) 120Hz 3D AMOLED LTPO display, delivering a stunning visual experience. Featuring 4500 nits of peak brightness, a 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, a remarkable 93.5% screen-to-body ratio, and fortified with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection, this device is a visual delight. The powerhouse behind the OnePlus 12 is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, complemented by up to 24GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage.
On the photographic front, the OnePlus 12 impresses with its triple camera setup at the rear. A 50MP f/1.6 Sony LYT-808 primary sensor, a 48MP Sony IMX581 ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 64MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS ensure a versatile and high-quality photography experience. Selfies and video calls are handled by a 32MP IMX615 f/2.4 sensor on the front.
Fueling this powerhouse is a robust 5400mAh battery, supporting rapid 100W SuperVOOC charging, 50W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging. The OnePlus 12 series has already made its debut in China and is scheduled for a global and Indian launch next month, with the event taking place in New Delhi on the 23rd Jan-2024. Facing stiff competition, particularly from the iQOO 12 in India, OnePlus is set to unveil not only the 12 but also the OnePlus 12R, with its design recently confirmed by the brand.
As for the OnePlus 12 price, details are yet to be officially disclosed. In China, the OnePlus 12 price starts at CNY 4,299 (approx Rs 50,600) for the base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. The 16GB RAM and 512GB storage variant is priced at CNY 4,799 (approx Rs 56,500), while the 16GB + 1TB and 24GB + 1TB options come in at CNY 5,299 CNY 5,799 (roughly Rs 68,200) and approximately Rs 62,400, respectively, respectively.
